Hi there – love your blog by the way! Question about shop at home for you? I created a login, etc and then went shopping at kohls with the 20% codes you told us about…bought a kids carseat but didn't get the 4% cashback? I don't really understand how it works I guess….and from that time on, I have tried to get back into the website and it doesn't seem to let me continue unless I download the toolbar? Is this something you have done? I have the swagbucks toolbar, the google toolbar – I'm not sure I want another one! Help and advice would greatly be appreciated! Thanks.

Hey Moeller's! I've never had a problem getting credited for my Shop at Home cashback in the past, and I've never had to download a toolbar for them either-strange. I totally understand, I certainly do not want another toolbar either! I do not see you listed under my Tell a Friend list, so do you think it might be possible that you didn't get all the way through the sign-up process? Try going here to log-in: https://secure.shopathome.com/Discounts/login.aspx?Page=http%3a%2f%2fwww.shopathome.com%2fDefault.aspx

Let me know if you are able to get in from there. Either way, I would contact Shop at Home to let them know that you made a purchase from their site and see if there is something they can do. You can go here to do that: http://www.shopathome.com/contact.aspx

I hope that helps! Please let me know how it turns out! Jennie
