Alright guys, I have some good news for you, and some bad.
The Good News: K-Mart Super Doubles is coming back starting April 4th! If you have not done Super Doubles at K-Mart before, it is an awesome way to score a bunch of freebies. They will be doubling coupons up to $2, so if you have a $2 coupon it gets doubled to $4! WhooHoo!
The Bad News: Below is the information that was sent to Short on Cents by K-Mart. My “bad news” notes are in red.

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your recent correspondence. We are always interested in hearing from our customers. We appreciate your interest in our double coupon event. This event is for select participating Kmart locations from 04/04/10 to 04/10/10.
*If you are in Colorado this usually means that the only store participating is way out by DIA, but at least we have one participating store, some states will be left out of the promo all together.
*That is Easter weekend. What a strange time to have a promotion like this. Sheesh.
The rules for this event are:
-Manufacturer Coupons up to and including $2 Value are doubled up to $2 no matter what the retail price of a single item is
-Does not include Kmart Store Coupons
-Does not include Kmart Pharmacy Store Coupons
-Limit 5 total coupons per customer per day
*They used to give us a limit of 75 coupons, so it made it a lot more worth even if we did have to drive a while to get to the store.

I contacted Kmart and learned that Colorado stores are not participating. I AM SO BUMMED OUT! I have two Kmarts near me!

I contacted K-Mart again after reading what they sent you and this is how they responded:

We appreciate your interest in this promotion. This event is for select participating Kmart locations from 04/04-04/10. All of the Colorado stores are participating, we apologize for any confusion."
So hopefully they are right and all Colorado stores will be included!
