I went to Walgreens to get this Biore. No RR printed out and I checked the ad in store and online and I didn't see a $5 RR in either. Just advertised sale of $5.99 each on Biore products. Did I miss something?

I just got word from Traci that the RR will only work for very specific products. I've updated the post with those items.
Also, it sounds like a lot of others are having trouble getting this RR to print, even when they do buy the correct products. It is working occasionally, but it doesn't sounds like anyone is exactly sure of what the problem is yet.
This is a monthly deal, so that is why you will not see in listed in any of the ads.

Thanks for the update, looks like I bought the wrong cleanser according to the new post. Oh well, not a big deal.

The RR didn't print for me, either, but I used the two coupons and it was still a pretty good deal ($2.50 each product). The products I bought had specific signs below them that advertised the RRs, but maybe it's because I used two coupons or something? I didn't remember till I left the store so I didn't contest it.
