And yes my experiences have completely depended on the cashier (the manager doubled the salad for me when maybe a different one would not have). There's one cashier and manager I love and I went another day and someone else was on duty and had such a horrible experience I contacted corporate and they were able to inform the manager that she was in the wrong (and should treat her customers with respect!) Marcal paper towels and facial tissue is $1, too. There was printables on their website last week (maybe still?)...so free, too.
