See anything I missed this week? Please leave a comment to let us know!

Isn’t there a Welch’s spread or jelly coupon for 55 cents off 1 on the welch’s website?

Thank you so much for posting the link – getting the Welch’s for a final cost of $1.25 makes me want to jam up and jelly tight!

I’ve got Old El Paso Coupons .50/2 – I think they were in the 01/29 SS? Maybe the seasoning packets are included in the sale. With the cat it would make the packets .02 MMs / freebies! (If wishes were horses …)

The coupons are good on anything except refrigerated, frozen or soup products so could be used on the beans or the shells.

Waaah, the seasoning packets are not included in the quarter back. With the coupon we have, they come down to .23 a packet (reg .73)

Thanks for posting today! Going shopping tomorrow so prepping today. Does anyone know if that is an extensive list of the quarter back deals? I know sometimes they only list a sampling of the participating products in their ads. Good catch with the ElPaso items Hazel. I dont comment often, but i always crack up when i read yours!

Got a huge grin yesterday at Soopers. My buddypal that works up front (a new friend thanks to Bargain Blessings and coupons!) watches what I’m buying and “not” spending and yesterday she was all giddy because she had worked a coupon on free Up2U gum. I felt all proud and weepy, my little buddypal is growing up!

If you could have seen the look on her face when she was telling me she spent .07 on gum … priceless!

There are Belvita Breakfast biscuit coupons at the Broomfield/Superior Walmart for $1 off. I found them quite randomly yesterday.

Has anybody experienced a cashier not taking coupons on Manager Specials? Usually they take mine but the cashier yesterday would not take it. She said that it is already marked down with managers special which is a coupon… ummmm I don’t think so! It’s marked down because it was near the expiration date! I am going back on Friday hoping that manager working that day will fix it for me.

I’ve had that happen before but only with one cashier at my store. I don’t go to her anymore. Most everyone else does it for me with no question. Good luck! I don’t see why they shouldn’t do it because you are still buying the product that the coupon is for.

So sorry you got a rogue cashier — you know, those that make up the rules as they go!

There is nothing in the KS coupon acceptance policy that prevents you from using a MQ on a Manager’s Special. I do it all the time. Unless I’m in a huge hurry, I will politely ask for a manager to be called over if I have a valid coupon that a cashier refuses to take…..at which point, they usually just huff and roll their eyes and take it off. It doesn’t happen often but it’s super frustrating when it does!

I wonder, do those cashiers have it out for couponers or are they just truly misinformed? Kings is usually pretty good about training their employees.

What a ridiculous made-up excuse by the cashier. LOL However, if that ever happens, ask if it’s a manufacturer’s coupon marking down the item. Of ocurse, they will say no (obviously there is no coupon from the manufacturer). Ah, so it must be a store coupon marking the item down. Manufacturer coupons can be stacked with a store coupon at King Soopers so…you can use a MQ on a marked down item.
Watch the cashier turn livid red when you throw that logic at them. LOL

So I used a few Knorr coupons last week and had a few show up in the mail from lands far away. I go to the Soopers @ Castle Pines and I see Rice varieties on close out for .50 a pouch. Mushroom, Teriyaki, Red Beans & Rice. I walk over and see some of the noodles on close out for .60 a pouch.

This wound up making the rice pouches free. Okay, not only free, got the quarter back savings and wound up getting paid $2.00 to take them out of the store.

Keep your eyes open at your Soopers … these little close out tags are popping up all over!

There is a Keebler/ cheese-it coupon in the rp 1/29 for 1 off two. I used mine @ Safeway, but it might help your quarter back be more efficient
