2013-goals

Welcome to 2013! What are your goals for the year? Have you thought about them? Have you written them down? I want to encourage all of you to take some time today to do so, even if it is just five minutes.

As many of you know, I'm not a fan of resolutions, but I am a advocate for lasting change! Here are some some goals that I've already been hearing from some of you:

-Spend less on groceries
-Spend more time with family
-Be less stressed
-Eat healthier
-Get back into shape

Are any of these goals on your list? Most of them are on mine and I can't wait to help you reach your goals in these areas this year! :) This is why I will be teaching an all new in-depth Meal Planning and Cooking Shortcuts Workshop for all of you that are ready to take your grocery savings to a whole new level!

This class will be focused on all the Meal Planning tips and tricks you need to revolutionize the way you prepare meals for your family! Following the workshop, you'll have a better understanding of the different ways to make a meal plan, all the tips and tricks to making meal planning successful, along with cooking strategies and shortcuts to help you spend less time in the kitchen, while still making fabulous healthy meals for your family.

Here is everything that we will be going over in this interactive class:

The Importance of Meal Planning
Learn why and how meal planning can transform your grocery budget, but also your daily routines and the dreaded “witching hour.”

Beginner and Advanced Meal Planning Tactics
The class will walk you through the different phases of meal planning and teach you the ins and outs of 2 different “schools of thought,” so that you can come up with a meal planning plan that works for you.

Time-Saving Cooking Strategies and Shortcuts
Get practical help with how to make the most of the time you spend in the kitchen, making healthy and delicious meals in a fraction of the time!

You will receive a pamphlet to take lots of valuable notes during the workshop. So come prepared to learn, discuss and connect with others who are excited about saving money and time in the kitchen too!

Just got tickets for hubby and myself. My sister attended your last class and said it was the best $10 she ever spent. Do you know when you will be teaching the Grocery Savings and Couponing class again Jennie?
