we use a artificial tree but my husband really decks out the outside of the house. He even dresses as Santa and hands out candy canes to the folks who drive by. We love Christmas!

I put my artificial tree up back in August. That’s before my son left for Army basic training.
I’m taking the grand kids to the forest service site to cut down a Christmas tree this year.
I will be using artificial tree this year but I LOVE the smell of real trees!
