I continue to be amazed at how well Essential Oils work. Once again they saved the day and every last bit of remaining skepticism I had has flown out the window. Last evening I started to come down with a cold….runny nose, feverish, coughing…the whole bit.
The awesome thing is that instead of just having to surrender to being sick, I was actually able to do something about it using my Young Living Essential Oils. Here is exactly what I did:
1. Place one drop of Young Living Thieves Oil on the bottom of each foot and lightly massage into your skin. Try not to walk around for at least 20 minutes after doing this.
2. Rub 1-2 drops of Young Living Purification Oil on front of neck.
3. Add two drops of Young Living Lemon Oil plus two drops of Young Living Thieves Oil into an 8oz glass of water. Remember, any time you are using oils in your water make sure that you are using a cup made out of glass or metal and not plastic. The lemon oil in particular will eat plastic. That’s why it’s so amazing for our bodies – it gets rid of all the junk that is in products like plastic.
Optional: Rub 2-3 drops of Young Living RC on chest.
Repeat these steps 1 and 2 every 1-2 hours, get good rest and don’t forget to drink lots of water.
This morning I feel healthy and energetic without a cold symptom in sight! After years of trying to stop a cold when it starts using vitamin C, Zinc and other OTC products – I’ll never be going back! It’s a #revOILution!
I can’t wait to hear how this cold fighting recipe works for you! Make sure to leave a comment down below to share!
