Thank you ladies for all the awesome information. I love this site and have been checking it religiously for over a year now. I wanted to know if anyone has an aisle directory for king soopers. My husband has started helping with the shopping and complains about not being able to find what hes looking for. Please let me know where i can find this:)

There are 3 Soopers stores in my rotation and none have the same layout.

I call it my couponing work-out depending on what store I’m at. I dart back and forth from one end of the store to the other when I’m not at Castle Pines.

Makes things insterding :)

Heads up! Most of the KS have their Avenger’s merchandise on clearance. I was able to snag baseball caps for $1 and swim rings for $.30! Oh, and coppertone is on sale for $6.12. Use the $5/2 coupon (sorry can’t remember when we got it!) to get great sunscreen for $3.62 each! Suave deoderants are free again. Airwick has their limited edition National Park candles on clearance for $1.64. Use the $2/2 coupon to make them $.64 each.

Had a great shopping trip tonight. Saved 86%!

FYI: I was picking up stayfree pads that are $2.00 each and used coupon (7/22 ss) to get these free. Also as I was snaging this great deal Poise Liners has a free peelie coupon on them. With City Market coupon policy you can get 5 for free in your order. It is a saving of $2.49 on each. Also Carefree pad are $1.09 and use the coupon (7/22 ss) .50 off and you will only pay .09 for them as well. I have one more item that I got to snag for free – Guerrero tortillas are for $1.00 and have a $1.00 off peelie coupon on them as well. Again you can get 5 for free. My family really liked these tortillas. I thought they tasted good.

Have a good day and enjoy your couponing!

There is a digital KS coupon available to load to your card:
Save $0.50 on Knorr® Rice & Pasta Sides, on any TWO (2) Knorr® Rice and Pasta Sides, exp. Aug 24, 2012

It won’t double but will take the price on 2 down to .75 each!

I agree!!! Thank you everyone!!! Sometimes I look forward to the comments more than the ad its self! No offense Jennie….you do a great job with the ads!

I found a $1.00 when you buy any 2 Quaker products coupon in an ad on Walmart.com. I think it could be used on the Quaker Quakes to make them .50 each when you buy 2. Here is the link: http://bricks.coupons.com/Start.asp?tqnm=xgzjeto32141076&bt=vi&o=104349&c=ZC&p=FPZrDqle
I hope that works. Otherwise go to grocery on walmart.com and look for the ad for Quaker. I had to refresh a number of times to get that ad to come up again. :)

Mega thanks for the post! Quaker cakes are dandy!

Today is a happy singing day – Matt Maher, Hold Us Together. If you haven’t heard it and need a little inspiration, you should find it and enjoy :)

Was able to get the Stayfrees, Poise, Ivory Soap and the Deodorant, all free. Okay, that pesky sales tax snuck in but the retail cost was zippo.

All of the above will be donated so I feel so very good, thank you Bargain Blessings for teaching me how to make a difference in any way I can.

I also had to crack up – at Castle Pines there is a coupon nazi, boy howdy she will try and fight me on every coupon. This morning I learned that SHE came close to clearing the Free Poise display. I know!!! Tsk and Tsk!

Y’all have a great day out there!

(singing, of course)

Love will hold us together
Make us a shelter
to weather the storm

And I’ll be my brothers keeper
So the whole world will know
That we´re not alone

Me and the wee fuzzies say thank you for posting this! The past few times there have been tags in front of them alerting me but this time there weren’t. I’m so very glad you posted or I would have just slinked on by.

I picked up my 80 cans and used my Q’s, got my cats. Then I went back for vittles for the strays. They have a super cheapo Kroger brand @ 3/$1.00.

I know, I probably shouldn’t feed the strays but it’s not their fault they’re strays.

I am the crazy cat lady, doncha know :)

Just got back from a quick trip to get my “Free” items. Our store did not have the 2.3 or 2.7 oz size of Speed Stick for the 10/10 price so no free deodorant there. I also bought 6 Hamburger Helpers and got a $2 catalina off my next purchase of chicken, hamburger or tuna. ($1 if you buy three, $2 if you buy 5). Also, Birdseye Voila frozen meals regular price 5.89 on sale for 4.49 and I had a $3 internet print coupon so 1.49 each. WooHoo.

Today’s King Sooper newspaper insert is short by 3 pages compared to the
online version. (The same insert is the one available in the stores.) I asked
the manager “why?”. She didn’t know & called someone who said they don’t
publish all their specials in the weekly ad. I knew there were many non-
published specials, but this really surprised me.
The only reason I discovered this was because my newspaper delivery was
late so I opened my weekly online ad from King Soopers. I was especially
interested in the Stayfree pads for $2. With a $2 coupon (SS 7/22) they are
FREE! I buy lots of free & low cost grocery deals for the Arvada Food Bank.
Personal care items are a big mover. Hope this info helps someone else.

Hazel July 26, 2012 at 6:36 AM

Shore does, thanks much! The Soopers @ Castle Pines didn’t have a little tag on the Stayfrees so I had to grab one and do a scan on it. What a fantabulous deal!

Reply

Diane July 26, 2012 at 7:30 PM

Good scouting, ladies! What count was the Stayfrees, if you wouldn’t mind? I no longer need them but several peopel in our church are having tuff times!

Heyas Diane … I can let you know Monday, they’re at the homestead. They were in a blue package though, normal price was a wee bit over $3.00, if that helps. Have a dandy weekend!

Reply

Diane July 27, 2012 at 6:41 AM

That’s great! The price will narrow it down. Have a great weekend yourself!

Reply

Hazel July 27, 2012 at 7:13 AM

I yakked with my CFF and she said the ones she got were 14 per – hers were in a black package. She also said that at the store in Castle Rock they did have a tag on them. Here’s the poop from the online ad:

Stayfree Pads
Select Varieties, 14-24 ct
2 FOR $4 WITH CARD

Reply

Hazel July 30, 2012 at 6:37 AM

Original price was $3.06 – they did plop tags on the shelf at Castle Pines so they were easier to find.

Yeehaw

These are terrific deals and you just can’t beat free Colgate toothpaste. I think the back to school savings are also impressive. I like to get extra toothpaste when it is free or cheap so my kids can bring it to school with a toothbrush. Even if they remember to brush a couple of times a week at school, it makes a big difference.

Reply

Carolyn July 25, 2012 at 11:13 AM

I was wondering it said mega event on the toothpaste 10 for $10 so u dont have to buy 10 toothpastes for the deal to get one free I dont see anything else I really use to buy 10 of?

Reply

Hazel July 25, 2012 at 1:04 PM

Nope, you don’t have to buy 10 – you can walk in there, grab a tube, plop your coupon down and watch it be free. It’s a beautiful thing.

When I first started out I thought I had to come up with 10 things and if you could have seen me laying out my coupons you would have laughed like crazy.

My tongue would be hanging out like Michael Jordan as I laid out 3 of these, 3 of these, 2 of these, 2 of these, etc. Then I came and posted and fellow bargaineers steered me in the right direction.

I still like to play the games with my coupons and 10s but it’s not as much of a challenge without the pressure :)

Reply

Hazel July 25, 2012 at 1:21 PM

Oh wait, on the Mega event, yes – you have to buy 10 of something. But if they are on a 10/10 deal, you don’t – you can just buy 1.

I’m a happy couponing camperette – the Qs we got in Castle Rock are $.55/1 bringing these down to $1.99

My info-mercial voice says, wait, there’s more … if you register with Silk, you get $1.50/1 printables making these a whopping $1.49. Not sure if it’s still available since I’ve already registered but it’s worth a shot!
