In addition to putting Thieves in my water and on the bottom of my feet, I also love making Thieves Tea when I feel cold and fly symptoms coming on. Here is a recipe for you to use next time you're feeling not so great:

Thieves Tea Recipe

1 Cup of Water or your favorite Organic Herbal Hot Tea
1 Drop Thieves Essential Oil Blend
2-3 Drops Therapeutic Grade Lemon Essential Oil
1 Drop Therapeutic Grade Frakincense Essential Oil
1 Drop Therapeutic Grade Peppermint Essential Oil
Raw Honey - sweeten to taste

You can drink this tea as often as needed. I like to have a cup or two "extra" after I'm feeling better just to make sure all the "yuck" has been eliminated from my body.
