Another one of my favorite Young Living Essential Oil blends is called Peace & Calming. It is a blend of Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Tangerine, Orange and Blue Tansy and is wonderful for many different purposes. Here are just a few ideas of how to use this oil:

Stopping Panic Attacks: Apply 2-4 drops to wrists, edge of ears, feet and neck.
Reliving Anxiety: Apply 2-4 drops to back of neck and wrists.
Better Sleep for Adults: Rub 1 drop into each foot.
Better Sleep for Children: Rub on child’s big toes at night to help calm and relax.
Calm Overactive Children: Run 1 drop into each foot.
-Calm Overactive Pets: Place 2 drops on the pet’s collar or rub a small amount on each paw.
Calm Restless Leg Syndrome: Place 3 drops on palm and run into legs.

Here are a few testimonials from Young Living Oil users on how Peace & Calming has helped them:

I have a friend who is on disability due to his anxiety and panic disorder, he is constantly full of anxiety, he has not one moment of not feeling this…a few months ago I sent him a package of oils and he lost them, well yesterday he found them and emailed me to tell me that for the first time in years he didn’t feel any at all. He put 5 drops of peace and calming on his heart and it took about an hour for him to feel completely at peace. He did say not to overdose on it, he put about 15 drops all over and felt repressed.. but once it wore off he tried it again at a much lower dose and he feels great!! He is believes in nothing, and now he is a firm believer. I am so happy for him!! Gary Young knew what he was doing when he made Peace and Calming and Thank Jehovah for putting the plants there in the first place!!

I love Peace & Calming to take care of fussiness. Sometimes my son is resistant to me applying oils on him if he’s in a bad mood, but I’ve found that with the Peace & Calming, I can just open the bottle next to him and the calming effect will overtake him. Kind of a sneak attack in a good way. My husband and I enjoy the same calming affect just from inhaling it.

While traveling, our dog was all over the van and barking. I told my son to put Peace & Calming on the bottom of all four paws. Within a minute, the dog laid down in my lap.

Not sure why my 7 year old son would grind his teeth at night but now he no longer does. I use 2 drops of Peace & Calming oil blend on the bottom of his feet just about every night. I’m also amazed as to how fast he now falls asleep. My son even asks for his Peace & Calming each night. We spend a couple of minutes before prayer applying one more drop of oil onto his forehead in the shape of a cross and over his heart. The oils have eliminated bad dreams too. God has been so good to all of us. He has provided us with everything we need. We just have to use it.

I love reading about how essential oils are touching lives and helping families to save thousands on healthcare and more. I too was a major skeptic not too long ago, but now I wouldn’t trade my oils for anything!

I personally love diffusing Peace & Calming in my diffuser for a better night’s sleep. I previously would wake up several times at night, but since I’ve starting using Peace & Calming (among other oils) I’m getting so much more restful sleep and it’s wonderful…all without an prescription medicine or side effects!

Do you know how long this deal will be going on? This might be great for my autistic son with sleeping problems. I just need to budget for it, ya know :)

Peace and Calming is one of my favorites! I was having major trouble falling asleep at night, but now that I’m using Peace & Calming before bed I usually fall asleep within 5 minutes of putting it on.

Today during nap time my three year old was throwing a FIT. Crazy, emotional, out of control fit. I went and got the peace & calming and put some on his neck and pillow. He calmed down immediately and smiled at me, lol.

    It’s truly amazing to watch!

Haha! That’s awesome with your 3yo Rachel! I experience the same thing with Peace and Calming at night too. Even though I’ve been using it for a while now I’m always so impressed with how well it works. :)
