Why are you promoting this company when they have such a bad reputation for service? I did a search for reviews and only found very negative ones.
Hi Suzanne. I have personally ordered from Zulily many times and I’ve never had an issue with their products or customer service. This is why I am comfortable promoting them on Bargain Blessings. I do think it is great though that you are doing some background research on the companies that you are considering buying from…way to be a smart and educated consumer.
Just wanted to also add that I have had nothing but excellent customer service from Zulily, including times I have had to deal with items being sent in the wrong size (they sent me a new one at no charge and didn’t require a return of the smaller one) and items being delayed (they automatically refunded my shipping charges). From my experience they have bent over backwards to provide me with excellent customer service!
