Wow! I cannot believe we are done with week 1 already. It went by so quickly! How are you all doing? Seeing any changes yet?
I for one can definitely notice an increase in endurance. I don’t feel like I’ve lost much weight, but I have honestly not been eating as well as I should be. It is just so difficult to kick that sweet tooth…can any of you relate? 😉
I did the level three workout again today. While my energy level wasn’t quite where it was yesterday, I made it through most of it. I am noticing that push-ups are getting a little easier…so that is a great accomplishment!
