Alright everyone! This is when it get’s hard. I’m told that this is the week when most people quite on their resolutions, so I just wanted to encourage you all to not quite and keep going!!!
It is now day 19 of the 30 Day Shred! Can you believe that we have made it this far? I’m happy to report that I’ve been doing much better with eating a healthy diet this past week. Now I just need to focus on drinking more water.
Just a few more days of shreding to go and then I’ll be on to Jillian’s 6 Week Six-Pack program!
