Well, here we are…the 30 Day Shred day 5! I actually missed a day on day 3, so I decided to step it up to level 2 yesterday for a little bit more of a challenge! 🙂 It was, well…interesting to say the least…but I made it through!
Here are some more lessons from this little workout adventure:
1. If you miss a day…it’s ok! Keep going!
2. Don’t be afraid to try the next level.
3. If you do not own hand weights, use household objects like soup cans.
4. Stay hydrated throughout the day.
