During the busy fall and winter months I make it a goal to keep my cooking as simple as possible. There is usually enough stress and busyness in the season’s activities alone so adding to that with complicated meals just isn’t something I care to do. 😉
Another thing that this time of year brings to our home is guests – and I love it! I love having neighbors and friends drop by so we can catch up on all the goings on! In order to be able to actually enjoy our guests I’ve also made it a goal to have ingredients on hand that are super versatile, flavorful and make it easy to pull together something special without a ton of work.
KC Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce is one of those ingredients. Versatile…check! Flavorful… definitely check! I love that I can turn it into a delicious dinner like Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches or a number of different appetizers like by Easy Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip!
