Today’s Homemade Christmas gift idea is stacked jar hot chocolate snowmen from Christmas Forever [2]! Unfortunately she does not give us too many details how she made them, but from what I can tell they are stacked 1/2 Pint mason (or jelly) jars [3] filled with everything you need to make some delicious hot chocolate.
I think you could use some velcro to attach the jars and craft paint and ribbon to finish them off with all the details! Another idea for fall would be to fill these will soup making ingredients and decorate them as scarecrows.
