It’s been almost a year since our family started using Young Living Essential Oils and I have to tell you – we’ve never felt healthier! As much of a skeptic that I once was, I’m now a full-fledged and proud essential oil user!
One of the biggest parts of our oily routine includes Thieves Tea which contains Thieves essential oil (it is a fantastic for supporting a healthy immune function)!
Thieves is one of my very favorite essential oils. It is a incredibly powerful blend of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary essential oils.
Important: Not all oils are created equal. Please do not go out to the store and try this recipe as almost all of those oils are adulterated and not intended to be ingested. Thievesâ„¢ Tea
Ingredients
1 cup of hot water or your favorite organic herbal tea
1 drop of Thievesâ„¢ essential oil blend
2-3 drops of therapeutic-grade Lemon essential oil
1 drop of therapeutic-grade Frankincense essential oil
1 drop of therapeutic-grade Peppermint essential oil
Raw honey to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients and enjoy!

When you’re adding your oils to your cup of tea try to be very careful especially with the Peppermint and Thieves. An extra drop of either of those can make it rather strong. If you do add too much or if the taste is too strong for you just add some additional honey or more water. 😉
