As I mentioned to you all in my Day in the Life of an Essential Oiler post last week, I already used to get pretty good sleep, but now that I’m using my oils my sleep is even better!
Here are five oils that I have used to get incredible sleep:
Peace & Calming: This is my #1 go-to oil for bed time. I wear it on the bottom of my feet and on my wrists.
Cedarwood: On particularly stressful days, I put a drop of Cedarwood between my brows and a drop on each wrist.
Lavender: I love diffusing lavender at the end of a long day! It’s interesting because I’ve never really liked the smell of lavender until I smelled Young Living’s – such a huge difference! It just might have something to do with the fact that almost all lavender products out there are synthetically produced – yuck! Random Factoid: Did you know that France exports 150% more Lavender than they produce…hmmmmm.
Valor: Valor is a grounding oil and it’s incredible for using thought the day for mood support, but I also love applying it at night to help prevent crazy dreams.
Tranquil: Just like its name suggests, this blend is a gem for just unwinding at the end of the day. The blend contains lavender, cedarwood, roman chamomile and coconut oil so it’s a great combo of a few of the other goodnight oils that I love. It also comes with a roller ball on top, so I love wearing it on the back of my neck as well as on the bottom of my feet.
