For those of you who ordered one of the JCPenney Step2 Play and Shade Patio Sets a few weeks back, make sure to check your e-mail! This is what you might find if you were one of the customers who had your order canceled:

Due to a pricing error on the Step2 patio and shade play set an over abundance of orders were received. Unfortunately the supplier was not able to fill all of the orders and therefore you will not be receiving the play set you ordered.
I apologize for the incorrect pricing issue and for the inconvenience this caused. This certainly is not the level of service to which we aspire. We hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to serve you and to that end we have included a $50 off $50 savings certificate* for you to use on your next online order.
