See Jennifer and Amy Shop Thursday!

Readers Jennifer and Amy had some awesome shopping trips this week that I just had to share with you all! Here is what they had to say! This first one is from Jennifer:

I shopped at King Soopers this morning. I bought the 4 boxes of cereal and received 2 free gallons of milk. The Ivory soap, Crest toothpaste, and Oral-B toothbrushes were all free.  The Danimals and Daninos were $.88 each and I needed some soy sauce, which was on sale and I had coupons.  To celebrate I bought 3 Kit-Kat bars (not in picture)–one of them being free.  All of this for $20.97.  Very exciting for me.  The reciept said that I saved 53% off my total purchase.

Here is what Amy picked up at Walgreens this week:

2 large Contanelle Toilet Paper – $5  (good deal at .20 per roll, but it’s not advertised at Walgreens this week. You get $3.50RR when spend $10, plus I had 2 $.75 off cpns)
3 Irish Spring Deodorants – Free
1 Irish Spring Body Wash – .50
2 pkgs Twizzlers – $1
2 pkgs Srunci – Free
4 pkgs M&M’s – .50
1 Tampon pkg – Free
2 pkgs floss picks – Free
2 Crest Toothpaste – Free
2 Crest Toothbrushes – Free
9 Pkgs Gum – $1.08

Total Spent: $8.08 ($5 was Toilet Paper)
I estimated retail as $48.00
