XBox One and M&M’s Team Up as the Perfect Holiday Duo with the Buy, Snap Redeem Promotion!

M&M’s, XBox One and Walmart have teamed up to bring us an exciting way to earn a $10 Walmart gift card through the Buy, Snap and Redeem promotion! I had an opportunity to give it a test drive and was so excited to do so since my brother recently got a new XBox One system and Forza 5 is one of the hottest games out there!

This was the perfect way to check him of my Christmas list with a gift I know he is going to love. Not only the game, but he also happens to be a huge M&M’s Pretzel addict so I’m sure that he’ll enjoy munching on them while playing Forza 5.

I’m a little bummed out that my brother lives in another state because Forza 5 looks like a pretty awesome game…especially with all of the amazing graphics capabilities of the new XBox One system! Maybe someday I’ll get an XBox One and be able to play online with him from Colorado…how cool would that be?! My baby brother serves in the US Air Force, so I do not get to see him very often…what could be more fun than racing around online in our dream cars? 😉

I’ll be packaging up my brother’s gifts in a couple days, but for now it makes me so happy to see them sitting under my Christmas tree. I know he will be so surprised and I can’t wait for him to receive my package!

Now, you all know that I’m not going to buy something unless there is a great deal to be had, so that is why I’m so excited by this Buy, Snap and Redeem promotion! Here’s how it works:

1. BUY: Purchase the Forza Motorsport 5 XBox One game and a bag of participating M&M’s from your local Walmart store. These are the participating varieties of M&M’s:

M&Ms Peanut 42oz Stand Up Pouch, M&Ms Milk 42oz Stand Up Pouch, M&Ms Peanut Butter 38oz Stand Up Pouch, M&Ms Pretzel 30oz Stand Up Pouch, M&Ms Peanut 19.2oz Large Laydown Bag, M&Ms Milk 19.2oz Large Laydown Bag, M&Ms Peanut Butter 18.4oz Large Laydown Bag, M&Ms Pretzel 15.4oz Large Laydown Bag.
*Total M&M purchase must be at least $8 for offer to work.

2. SNAP: Snap a photo of qualifying items on the receipt on your phone and text it to 811811. Include the code M&M with the picture of your receipt. Game and M&M’s must be purchased on the same receipt. If you purchase multiple items on your receipt, make sure to circle the participating items.

3. REDEEM: You will receive a text back with a reward code valid for a $10 eGift card to Walmart. Visit this activate reward page to enter your code and receive your eGift Card!

I’ve completed the Buy and Snap steps and now I’m just waiting for my code to arrive in the next 48 hours! Here is what my text looked like:

I love how easy they made it to to get this rebate! There was no stamp required or anything and the eGift Card will be ready to go as soon as I receive my validation code! Can’t beat that! 🙂 I plan to use the $10 towards a gift for someone else on my list.
